1). Users must register a account before using "Battery Charger" app by email, WeChat, Apple or Google. The app can change the registering way and binding method as user request or product without prior notice to users.
2).If the registration applicant has a precedent of being banned by Battery Charger, or is suspected of false registration and misuse of others' name to register, and other reasons that cannot be approved, Battery Charger will reject its registration application.
3). In view of the binding registration method of the account, please agree that the app will allow your mobile device identification code and other information to use for registration during registration.
4). When users register and use app, Battery Charger can collect user owned information to contact users when necessary, or provide users better experience. these information contains the user's name and address; Battery Charger agrees that these information using will be subject to the constraints of Article 3 of the protection of the user's personal privacy information.
1). Once the user has successfully registered, it will get a log name and password, and have the right to log in at any time.
2). Users are responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords, also responsible for all activities and events conducted under their usernames.
3). Users would not transfer or authorize others to use their usernames for theri account security.
4). The users keep the password saft, and do not loss the password. All losses caused by poor password custody will be borne by the user.
5). If the user leaks its password, it may cause unfavorable legal consequences accordingly. Regardless of any reason, please contact the app customer service immediately, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.
1). The user promises that he is a civil subject with full capacity for civil conduct and has the ability to conclude transactions and fulfill his obligations.
2).Users are obliged to provide their real information when registering, and to ensure the validity and security of content such as phone number, name, location, etc., to ensure that Battery Charger staff can touch with the user through the above contact information. At the same time, the user is also obliged to update the relevant registration information when the relevant information is actually changed.
3). Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users in the process of using Battery Charger, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, pictures, etc. The sending, replying and related link pages of articles, etc., as well as other content generated by using the account or this service, shall not violate the relevant national legal system, including but not limited to the following principles:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution4). Users can not use the "Battery Charger" app to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that interferes with the normal operation of "Battery Charger" or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

In view of the particularity of network services, the user must agree that Battery Charger will change or interrupt some or all of the network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by the user during use, without notifying the user, No liability is assumed by any user or any third party.
2). Battery Charger can regularly or irregularly detect or update the platform that provides network services. If the network service is interrupted in a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Battery Charger does not take any responsibility for this.
1). Battery Charger reserves the right to revise any content of these Terms of Service at any time. Once any content of these Terms of Service changes, Battery Charger will prompt users to modify the content through appropriate means.
2). If you do not agree with the modifications made by Battery Charger to these terms of service, the user can stop using the network service.
3). If the user continues to use the network service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification made by Battery Charger to the terms of service.
1). If Battery Charger has absolutely stated that its service provision method has changed and reminded the user to pay attention, all the consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required must be borne by the user.
2). The user absolutely agrees that the risk of using Battery Charger will be entirely borne by itself, and all consequences arising from the use of Battery Charger will also be borne by itself.
3). The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of Battery Charger and other users, because the user is using the Battery Charger for illegal, untrue, improper, or infringing the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, or the user violates any of the terms under this agreement. The user agrees to be liable for any damages caused by Battery Charger and any other third party.
1). Scope of application:
(1) When the user registers the account, the personal registration information must be provided as required;2). Information use:
(1). Battery Charger will not sell or lend any user's information to others;3). Information disclosure: The user's personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:
(1). Disclosure to third parties with the consent of the user;1). Battery Charger solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt Battery Charger from liability and limit user rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.
2). The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute occurs between the user and Battery Charger, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court where the Battery Charger is located.
3). If any clause of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.
4). The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Battery Charger Co., Ltd. and reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
5). This Agreement will be available from November 1, 2021.
